Clearview Home Guide is a free service that shows typical project prices and introduces homeowners to independent contractors. Clearview does not perform home improvement work and is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
Price ranges on this site are typical ranges for the Puget Sound area, provided for planning. They are not quotes or offers. Only a contractor’s written estimate sets the price of your project.
Contractors are independent businesses responsible for their own registration, insurance, permits, pricing and workmanship. We check Washington L&I registration before introducing a contractor, but we don’t guarantee any contractor’s work. Please do your own checks before hiring.
You agree to give accurate information and to only submit requests for property you own or are authorised to act for. By submitting, you agree to be contacted as described on the form and in our Privacy Policy.
Don’t misuse the site: no false requests, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service.
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Clearview isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of any contractor.
